• The tickets purchased online will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase
• This ticket is subject to a minimum group size of 5 guests only, if the number of guests is less than the minimum number required, the group will pay the full amount
• No children under the age of 12 will be admitted to The National Aquarium unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above.
• For glass bottom boat kids must be above 1 year old to participate in this activity. 
• For glass bottom boat, pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in this activity.
• Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the boat area.
• Participants must be able to wear a life jacket during the activity.
